Sommelier’s Notes: A special dry Furmint with high minerality and long aftertaste. You can clearly taste notes of sweet spices, ginger and citrus fruits, mostly lemon and lime, and the minerality makes an appearance here thanks to the Furmint grapes. Pairs really well with beef, lamb and game and intensely flavoured red meats in general.
