Sweet by Tokaj (2018)
The younger, sweeter brother of Dry by Tokaj goes by the - admittedly predictable - name of Sweet by Tokaj. But don’t for one second think that the similar names are anything to go by. Quite the opposite, actually, as the Sweet by Tokaj’s character is like any young sibling: playful, light and heart-stealing. In this instance, it is the late harvest grapes, hand-picked in mid-November, which, through the Furmint, Hárslevelü and Sárga Muskotály varieties, fermented at the same time, unfolds a dreamily fruity character, impeccably balanced and wonderfully finished.
