Selection (2017)
With unique character comes multi-layered taste. The Selection is made from hand-selected crops partly fermented in wooden barrels, resulting in exceptional complexity provided by the oak. Matured crops dominate the aromas, complemented by the oak taste and the intense minerality coming off of the Furmint and Hárslevelü varieties. Hermetically sealed with Vinolok glass stoppers, it can be aged in the bottle for more than 15 years.

Sommelier’s Notes: A Furmint and Hárslevelü blend fro selected grand cru vineyards, dry, with relatively high acidity and sweet spice and citrus fruit notes, particularly lemon and lime. This too is a wine featuring oak and toasted bread aromas, leaving a long aftertaste.
