Nyulaszo (2019)
This Nyulászó vintage embraced almost all of the types of volcanic minerals of the South-Zemplén mountains, with zeolite dominating all. Combining two different varieties with individual taste characteristics and featuring ageing for 10 months in oak barrels, the aromas and the tastes become increasingly complex, creating a unique wine in every little detail!

Sommelier’s Notes: The Nyulászó’s intense taste is dominated by the fruity notes of the Hárslevelü variety and the fine minerality of Furmint. Its aftertaste is long, and the oak barrel ageing brings with it aromas of oak and wood-fire oven-baked bread. This is a wine which combines beautifully with pasta, shellfish and other seafood.
