Sommelier’s Notes: A brilliantly honey-like and intensely fruity sweet wine made from late harvest grapes. The overripe and botrytis-infected grapes are hand-picked, complementing the deeply personal character of this wine. As for the pairing, we would suggest some intensely aromatic cheeses, creamy or heavy desserts and cakes, foie gras and cold cuts, and generally richly flavored dishes.
