Furmint Dongó (2016)

Dry white wine coming from a vineyard rich in minerals like andesite and zeolite, covered with dark soil of volcanic ash. The structure of the Furmint Dongó is dominated by the multi-layered minerality and the fruity character of the Furmint variety. Aged for 10 months in new and old oak, which graces it with a lot of wooden notes.

Sommelier’s Notes: A wine with an intense presence of minerality and high acidity, with rich aromas of toasted bread thanks to its oak barrel ageing. Furmint Dongó pairs ideally with pasta, shellfish and other seafood!
