Fermented in a steel tank in low temperature and mixed together with filtered water and CO2. A great blend, filling all your senses with fresh fruit aromas, MAD Bubbles is the ultimate drink for summer parties, walks on the beach and just lounging by the pool.

No, this isn’t a Cosmo cocktail, although you’d be forgiven for making that assumption! It’s a very cool spritzer, playful and fruity, based on rosé wine, ideal for summer beach days. The alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks with controlled temperature and then the wine is mixed with filtered and carbonated water to gain its characteristic bubbles.
Having just 6.8% alcohol and no added sugar, all MAD Bubbles are bottled in fully recyclable aluminium cans, light and practical so you can carry them anywhere!

Sweet and full-bodied, its alcoholic fermentation is carried out, like the rest of the range, in controlled-temperature stainless-steel tanks and then the wine is mixed with carbonated filtered water to give it those lovely bubbles.
