The Cantine Birgi winery produces over 300,000 hectoliters of high-quality grapes annually.​ All vineyards are cultivated using traditional techniques with a modern perspective. Even the harvest is done manually!

Each stage of the production process is guaranteed by a traceability protocol that covers the entire chain from the preparation of the vineyards, soil fertilization, pruning, and harvesting,

to the delivery to the winery where the grapes are processed in accordance with strict procedural standards and advanced technologies.

Founded in 1960 through the initiative of ten farmers, driven by passion and dedication to the art of wine, the vintners of Cantine Birgi preserve and evolve the history of Marsala a city in Sicily renowned for its wine.
